This is an e-Commerce, Process Transformation and Digital Optimisation Project. The team is focused on using different social media platforms to promote holiday homes. Project is in parts (website creation, onboarding, payment, subscribing, blogging and more).
Currently ongoing and to ensure process is easily scalable and reduce administrative tasks.
To create a process plan on how a national Exam App platform can be improved upon for currently 100K subscribers.
